I was trained by Kelly Kane (trained by Romana Kryzanowska a first generation Pilates Elder) in New York City in 2007, at the Kane School of Core Integration (now Kinnected).

I teach individual and group classes / sessions in Mat and Machine-based Pilates, with a subtle approach to the body encouraging my clients to become comfortable with their breathing and then eventually, move towards balance and lovely flowing movements.
