Pilates suits all ages and fitness levels and is particularly beneficial for those with back pain, poor postures, sports injuries, arthritis, stress related illness and before and after pregnancy.
Our two Pilates instructors are qualified physiotherapists, trained by the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute. We run 6-week beginners classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays, also weekly Intermediate and Advanced classes.
Class sizes are 5-10 (max), in order to give everyone some one-to-one attention.
