Qualified, experienced and insured member of The Body Control Pilates Association and Advanced Level member of REPS. Specialist training in Ante and Post Natal pilates and sports injuries (having attended a number of Olympic Games, and major Championships in numerous sport ).

Our approach is to ensure the programme is designed for each client's individual needs and not a pre-set, rigid set of exercises. Teaching methods used ensure the clients continue to progress and enjoy this unique form of exercise.

I continue to regularly update my professional training in accordance with the Body Control Pilates Association's teacher membership requirement.

Podplus offers a six week Pilates course taught by an experienced Physiotherapist and APPI (Australian Physiotherapy & Pilates Institute) instructor.

Class sizes are mat-based and kept small with a maximum of 10 people. They can be easily tailored to specific problems such as back pain and are suitable for all levels of fitness.

Held between 18.00 and 19.00 on a Tuesday in the modern, sprung floor studio at the Julie Rose Stadium.

She is a qualified Pilates instructor with the APPI Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute and Polestar Uk and is an advanced level 3 instructor with the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPS).

Our Clinical Pilates classes are run as a six-week programme and are held at locations throughout East Kent. Each session is for a maximum of 12 persons and lasts for 1 hour.
