Amanda Johnstone is a fully qualified and experienced Matwork Level 3 Pilates Instructor, listed with REPS (Register of Exercise Professionals).

The Pilates classes are strictly limited to allow for more individual attention. Classes are for all levels and booked in blocks of 6 classes.

Classes are held in Dalgety Bay Parish Church, North Queensferry Community Centre and South Queensferry Rosebery Hall
