Classes and private sessions available with Body Control Pilates instructor; each lasting 1 hour 15 mins. All equipment is provided.
Clients enjoy seeing and feeling the progress they make; particularly with abdominal toning, core muscle strength, joint mobility, spine strengthening, posture and balance.
All sessions are very supportive and are taught in a relaxing manner.
