I offer a progressive program, so my classes are run as courses. I teach Matwork, Fletcher towelwork, Spine corrector class (barrelwork), foam roller, swiss ball, bands and rotational discs. These are run as courses, and must be booked and paid for in advance. I also run back care courses for those with low back pain, who have been cleared to exercise.

I also do one to one / two work in my studio. I have two reformers, a cadillac, chair, and barrels, so the studio is fully equipped, and the only one in Cumbria. Initially I do a postural analysis on the client, to look at areas that need addressed, take a full health history, and discuss with the client the program. I always go over the principles (breathing, pelvic placement, shoulder girdle, pelvic floor, neck alignment, etc) irrespective of background.

One to one is suited to both the injured and the athlete. Can help improve sporting skill, and helps the client maintain balance through there posture, if for example the sport is very one sided, such as golf.

I hold REP's level 4 in non specific low back pain, am presently taking a GP referral course, and also will be taking in August (2011), the Body Control Matwork conversion course.
