CYQ Level 3, REPs Registered Mat Pilates Instructor offering Pilates Classes and One-to-One in Sandhurst (Owlsmoor), Crowthorne, Camberley and surrounding areas. I have also completed further training in Pregnancy Pilates and Post-natal Pilates.

Pilates Classes at Edgbarrow Sports Centre and Owlsmoor Community Centre. Class size is limited to 8 maximum for more personalised instruction. Beginner, Mixed Ability, Intermediate and Advanced Levels as well as Pregnancy Pilates and Post-natal Pilates instruction available within the class setting or One-to-One.

I use a variety of small equipment including bands, weighted balls or free weights and Pilates rings.

I am skilled at teaching multi-level and offer progressions with each exercise giving my clients the ability to choose their own level of difficulty.

Located in Sonning on Thames, the Pilates4me studio offers classes from Beginner to Advanced using the Reformer, Trapeze Table, Arc barrel and other small equipment. Pilates practiced on equipment provides a more challenging exercise program which allows the client to achieve quicker results.
To ensure clients benefit from Pilates Deborah only offers 1:1s or 2:1 classes and specialises in rehabilitation. Pre and post pregnancy classes and Pilates for the horse rider are also available.

Deborah trained with Alan Herdman, World Wide Master Trainer. Alan trained at Joseph Pilates studio in New York before opening the first Pilates studio in the UK in the early 1970s.

As a former sports massage therapist Deborah has a depth and breadth of knowledge which means she can tailor programs for the individual client taking into account their specific needs or medical conditions. A warm welcome awaits you at the Pilates4me studio.

Mat based Pilates courses offered in the evening and lunchtimes. Numbers are limited to 12 persons maximum and most operate at 10 persons to ensure a personal, tailored service. Although courses are offered it is possible to join part way through a course at my discretion.

Small equipment eg, bands, balls and Pilates rings may also be used in class. Progressions within an exercise are offered as are levels. There is no one size fits all approach as each person is different.
