Keeping up with the latest developments in Pilates, the owner, Mina Stephens, has invested in some of the newest state of the art Pilates Studio equipment, including the BODHI SUSPENSION SYSTEM (a Pilates version of the TRX) and on THE COREALIGN MACHINE. Both Bodhi Suspension Pilates and the CoreAlign methods offer a dynamic and challenging workout for anyone interested in a unique form of exercise and rehabilitation (for those suffering from injuries). The equipment is also used to identify and correct weaknesses and muscular imbalances, as well as providing an excellent way for improving sports performance for professional and amateur athletes alike.

PRIVATE CLASS: £75 (Block discounts apply)
A private one-to-one class is perfect for those who are new to Pilates and would like a special introduction to all the various equipment and machines. It is highly recommended if you are working with a specific injury to work one-to one in order to receive optimum attention.

SEMI-PRIVATE (2-1) CLASS: £40 per person (Block discounts apply)
A semi-private class is a more affordable option with no more than two people (pre-arranged) in the studio at the same time. It’s a great way to share a class with a friend while still receiving the personal attention and benefits of a private class.

TOWER SPRING CLASS: £20 per person (Block discounts apply)

The Tower Spring Class is an hour long and involves matwork based exercises with the spring resistance equipment for the arms and legs, along with other various pieces of equipment (exercise balls, foam rolls, fitness circles and weights.) This class offers all the famous benefits of Pilates including overall strength, flexibility, coordination and balance. The exercises are varied, training many parts of the body in so many diverse ways!
