Studio Pilates BWT is the first fully equipped Pilates and rehabilitation studio of its kind in Dorset.
It offers 1:1 sessions and group classes in both matwork and on Pilates Apparatus. Many of the classes are dedicated to special groups such as over 75s, back pain, post pregnancy and baby, along with beginner, intermediate and advanced classes.
We take great pride in our ability to assist in the rehabilitation of injury and have received recommendations from GPs, physiotherapists, and osteopaths who themselves attend our courses.
All of our teachers commit to maintaining the highest standard of the practice of Pilates and you can be secure in the knowledge that your teacher has been well trained through the Pilates Foundation.
