Michelle is an experienced Pilates Foundation Accredited Teacher who also has a degree in contemporary dance from Laban.

She offers a range of matwork classes from Beginner through to Advanced, as well as Small Equipment classes. One to one and small group sessions, including couples sessions, are also catered for.

She is also able to teach pre and post natal classes, and specialises in injury rehabilitation.

Align Pilates was started with a passion for helping people align their minds and bodies. Having spent many years within the fitness industry, Catherine Walker chose to specialise her interests in Pilates. She has found the benefits of Pilates in sport and everyday life key to a healthier mind and body.

Since successfully completing her training under James Raaff, Cath has further developed her Pilates instruction skill to encompass mat and equipment work, with specific focus on rehabilitation and sports specific Pilates exercises. Cath has successfully completed a Fit to Deliver TM, Prenatal Fitness Program developed by Dr Karen Nordahl, Physical Therapist Carl Petersen and Exercise Physiologist Renee Minges.

Cath is currently teaching various levels of mat classes using small equipment. She has mixed, ladies, mens, teens as well as pre and post natal classes. One on Ones sessions can be arranged by appointment..
