Michelle is an experienced Pilates Foundation Accredited Teacher who also has a degree in contemporary dance from Laban.

She offers a range of matwork classes from Beginner through to Advanced, as well as Small Equipment classes. One to one and small group sessions, including couples sessions, are also catered for.

She is also able to teach pre and post natal classes, and specialises in injury rehabilitation.

Located near to Henley on Thames, the Pilates4me studio offers classes from Beginner to Advanced using the Reformer, Trapeze Table, Arc barrel and other small equipment. Pilates practiced on equipment provides a more challenging exercise program which allows the client to achieve quicker results.

To ensure clients benefit from Pilates Deborah only offers 1:1s or 2:1 classes and specialises in rehabilitation. Pre and post pregnancy classes and Pilates for the horse rider are also available.

Deborah trained with Alan Herdman, World Wide Master Trainer. Alan trained at Joseph Pilates studio in New York before opening the first Pilates studio in the UK in the early 1970s.
