Cumnor Old School Hall and Cumnor Village Hall, and Summertown Church Hall, Oxford Michelle is an experienced Pilates Foundation Accredited Teacher who also has a degree in contemporary dance from Laban.
She offers a range of matwork classes from Beginner through to Advanced, as well as Small Equipment classes. One to one and small group sessions, including couples sessions, are also catered for.
She is also able to teach pre and post natal classes, and specialises in injury rehabilitation.
