Sue holds the following qualifications from the Pilates Institute: Basic Matwork, Intermediate Matwork, Advanced Matwork, Personal Programming, Special Populations. In addition she has added the following lecture series: Sacroiliac and Hip, Shoulder Girdle and Neck, Foot and Knee.

Sue's Pilates classes have been running in Hay since 2003, many participants have been attending class since that date. She also teaches Exercise to Music in Hay, and for Halo Leisure in Hereford.
