We have two basic methods of training: Mat Work Classes and Personal Tuition.
Mat Work Classes
Group classes are popular as they also provide a social element and you can discuss your training with 'like-minded' people. Class sizes are no larger than 12 and training is structured into 6 week blocks so you can train for as little as £5.50 per session.

Personal Tuition
Personal Tuition fees are greater than the group class fees, but if you prefer the one-two-one personal-trainer approach, then this service is available in your own home.
