We have two basic methods of training: Mat Work Classes and Personal Tuition.
Group classes are popular as they also provide a social element and you can discuss your training with 'like-minded' people. Class sizes are no larger than 12 and training is structured into 6 week blocks so you can train for as little as £5.50 per session.
Currently we train in the village halls in Marston, Ampthill and Millbrook.
Ampthill Physiotherapy, Sports and Spinal Clinic: Monday and Wednesday evenings
Marston Moretaine Village Hall: Thursday mornings
Millbrook Village Hall: Tuesday evenings.
Please contact me for details about course start dates. There are restricted places in each session. Once booked onto a register your fee secures your place. A missed session is a fee forfeited.
Personal Tuition Fees are greater than the group class fees, but, if you prefer the one-to-one personal-trainer approach then this service is available in your own home.
