Pilates Today offers both mat and machine work. Weekly matwork classes on Tuesday and Thursday evenings and private/studio sessions on Saturday. New beginners class commencing 2008 on Saturday morning. The Studio is based in Dunstable within easy reach from Leighton Buzzard, Dunstable, Luton, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire. Shelley Smith is a Fully qualified instructor under Lynne Robinson of Body Control Pilates.
